I enjoy a vast array of hobbies from gaming, tabletops, hiking, mountain climbing, reading, etc.The shared areas are all fully furnished but you are welcome to add any of your own if you desire. The room itself is small and can get a little warm, but the AC is always fairly low. The price includes rent and all utilities, help with grocery costs is appreciated but not expected.I am in the Army and currently going through my AIT so I will not be home during the week for now. My wife, Sarah, will be. She will be the one handling everything around the house day to day during the week. We have another roomate who is a Marine Vet who mostly keeps to himself.We have 3 cats that are all friendly to differeing degrees.
