Demi (Has a House). Hi, I'm a single female and mother to teenager moved off for post-secondary and living on a very large property. I work in skilled trades all over Ontario and my hours range to hours per week and haven't a social life. I'm hoping to meet another female that's got experience with parenthood and likes dogs. I have an adult mastiff that is a huge . His heaven is sleeping, being talked to and a scratch on the head (like a rotty). Gentle giant. I eventually want to buy a home soon but for now would like to share expenses on home and have someone to kick in on typical maintenance. The backyard is gigantic. Huge kitchen. Big family room, two dining tables, upgraded washer and dryer, an indoor porch, a deck, and 3 entrances. I am only seeking someone that isn't going to be partying, causing damage, having a zoo of animals or random people around. I've taken great care of fixing the home and it is minutes from my job where I pick up work vehicle to travel around to job sites drilling and mining. I prefer no other pets because my dog is getting old and I don't have a fenced in yard for horse play. I'm allergic to cats. The home is furnished but I have no issue getting rid of stuff I'm never using. New furniture is welcome and if you are a homemaker or handy than extra bonus. During my time off I either do property maintenance, sleep, or go out to visit family and friends. I am a survivor/warrior after a great lesson in a long toxic relationship (3 years ago) and I like to keep the home a peaceful palace. That said, I don't want to share the home with someone that has a crazy boyfriend or lovers. I'm not fussy, easy going and have evolved a great deal in a short time. Things like TV, kids, music, chatter or other doesn't wake me up or bother me. There are 3 bedrooms and open play area/office/walk in closet on the second floor. On the main floor one bedroom and utility room. I'm flexible in working out a rental agreement and negotiating rent.
