Traci Bridges (Has a House). The house is a corner house with 3bd/1.5ba. The half bath connects my room with the spare room. The spare room has a lot of natural lighting, carpeted, a nice closet, and a ceiling fan. The walls are pretty sound proof and there is a lot of privacy. We have central air and solar panels so our bills are not high for certain utilities. The main bathroom is right off the hallway with a shower/bath (which we all share) and the kitchen/living room are very open-spaced. We have a nice covering for a car and street parking. We have a lot of storage inside and out and are trying to convert our side patio into a really nice social area for nights we want to have friends over or just relax outside. We currently are renovating, redecorating, and purchasing furniture for the main spaces due to our roommate just moving out to buy a new house so everything is a little empty at the moment but we just want to make it really welcoming and cute! Also, we have a huge backyard we have no idea what to do with so we welcome any ideas!Both my roommate and I are females so preferably looking for a female roommate in their 20s/30w (we both are in our 20s). We are very chill and love relaxing nights but also, enjoy going out occasionally on the weekends. We are looking for someone with positivity, cleanliness, and adventurous. We like to go out shopping or hiking when we both aren't too tired from work and would love for our future roommate to join! We both work; I work from home for the DEA, DHA, USAMRIID, CDC, etc. and my roommate is a vet tech so she is rarely home during the day. She does have a small rescue dog who is VERY well trained so no belongings would ever get destroyed, he is potty trained, and takes him to work with her.Looking for someone to join our home with good vibes and no drama!
