Dont mind the mess in the pictures, my roommate is busy moving out she is currently looking for a female subleaser to take over from Janurary 2023-July 2023. The house is 4 bedrooms, you would get your own room and would be sharing a bathroom with me on the top floor. Two of us go to MNSU and the other to South Central. We mostly keep to ourselves and are usually busy with school or work, but I'm always down to hang out and go check out the Mankato area since I am new to the area since August. Rent is $350/month. Utilities (gas, electric, water) are about $70-$100/month. December has already been paid for by the previous tenant.- There is a cat currently living there. The two cats in the photo will not be here anymore.
