I am looking for a very specific type of person to rent a room to;A) Looking for someone who is also somewhat introverted. Someone friendly, communicative, but also like their personal time and space. B) A person who is capable of being a neat-freak in, expects the same, and wont settle for anything less. Shared bathroom means you leaving it as clean as you found it is a must. C) You appreciate a quite home. And contribute to a maintaining a quiet home. No loud music, slamming doors/drawers, etc. D) If you smoke cigarettes, vape, Juul, or anything of the sort, even if its on your own time when you are not home this is not the place for you.
