Nakia Marion (Has an Apartment). I've been living here for a little over 3 years now, it's peaceful and quiet and I enjoy living here. I'm looking for a new roommate to split the rent with and to also get along with would be great as well. I have a 6 year old Shiba Inu. He's very friendly and does well with other animals. He does shed a lot so I do a lot of upkeep regarding that. The living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room and garage are all shared spaces. You'd have your own private bedroom and bathroom right across the hall. It is the smaller bedroom and has a closet. I'm very laid back and am usually out working, spending time outdoors, at the gym or with friends, family or my boyfriend. I do enjoy relaxing at home watching TV and listening to music. I believe communication is really important and I'm open to a roommate who wants to decorate, etc as I'm pretty minimalistic. Please send me a message if you're interested in more details.
