I dont smoke or have guests running in & out my place. I have 2 cats. I have a 9 year old but she doesnt live with me right now (long story) I want a FEMALE roommate that is honest & reliable. Im 39, so I need someone of a mature age of 30-45 yo. I want someone that has good energy and not problematic. I just renewed the lease for another year. This is a long term or short term space. There is only a mattress in the room currently but feel free to purchase a bed. You will have access to your own private bathroom & a shared kitchen. Near public transportation. Shopping.
