This nice and quiet landscaped complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from Desert Hospital, and 18 minutes from Eisenhower Hospital.. Parking area is off the street. I am the only one living here with my small sweet dog.The complex is gated, well manicured, and quiet. The front patio is equipped with a couch, where you can relax after a long day's work, and a barbecue. The unit is very conveniently located 2.3 miles from downtown, where you'll find a large variety of restaurants, Thursday Street Fair, as well as the PS Art Museum, and the PS Aerial Tramway is located 9 miles away/15 minutes for a complete change of scenery and climate. There are also many hiking and cycling trails around.Owner pays for water, gas, wifi, and TV, and half of the electricity bill, tenant pays for half of the electricity bill.No smoking allowed in the unit, no drugs of any kind.
