We also would talk about how much you would need to pay, your room would be the biggest just not it's own bathroom and it would be very private down stairs. I would be the one cleaning so if you need laundry done leave it upstairs by the door and if you need or want me to fold them just ask and I'll leave the basket of clean folded cloths at the door, dishes would be cleaned by me, you just need to have or get a job and help my man with bills and I take care of kids and house.
