Sabra D'Orazio (Has an Apartment). I am friendly and clean. I rarely have company and if I do, it's usually during the day. I enjoy living here. I've been here for nearly 3 1/2 years and I really enjoy it. The views of the N.B. bridge are beautiful. The kitchen is not huge, but I like it!! Seriously inquiries only please!! Rent is due by the close by the end of business day on the 3rd of every month. There's also a 45$ non-refundable credit check through the management. 600$ deposit is refundable depending on condition you leave yourself space in and suitable notice. I don't drink. If you'd like to smoke, please step outside past the fence. I don't mind "sharing" but if you use the last of say the milk, please replace it. Please don't go into my room if I'm not there and I will extend you the same courtesies.
