Maria (Has a House). We are a Lake Balboa couple looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, drama-free, responsible, and decent human beings, who love and adore cats (we have 2!). We have 2 rooms available beginning October 1st (shared bathroom). Utilities not included (electricity, water, sanitation, WiFi, and DirectTV). Street parking is available for 1 car per renter. The bedroom information is as follows:Bdrm 1: (13 x 11 1/2 x 8): $1050, $1050 first month $1050 (last month)Bdrm 2 (11 1/2 x 10 x 8): $950, $950 first month $950 (last month)Credit and background checks (no evictions or criminal record) will be conducted, as we want to make sure we all have a place to stay and have a peaceful environment.
