Michael berry (Has a House). I own a mechanic mobile service and sometimes work at home in back , I'm a pretty private person who doesn't like to be involved in others lives unless necessary, I'm not rude or dirty but also not a control freak, if I have a issue with anything I am all about talking about what's bothering who and why, I don't really care about when you come and go or what you have going in your life , my only requests is be trustworthy, don't let dishonest people in the home and don't bring trouble to my doorstep. Try to keep drama in your own space. Other than having cops at the house repeatedly or selling dope outta the house I don't really care what you do or who you have over I pretty lax and hardly here and I do cone and go sometimes often as calls come in for jobs, I have a very sweet dog who's become my world she can be sometimes overwhelming with wanting to play but she's awesome with everyone and once she knows you she get less overbearing , if you have pets cool. They would obviously have to get along as I don't believe in locking up in a room any soul that's should be able to go outside when they want. I have a dog door and block fence huge yard, with a 20x20 garage storage i put up but still plenty of area should you need space to store car boat etc I've been slowly upgrading the house look and kitchen is almost how i want it everything working and not like in process of remodeling look , as I start a project I finish it in a timely fashion , and if I ever do something that you don't like or have any issue with just be civil as possible and talk to me about it, don't hold it in hoping I will pick up on it , cuz I inhale profusely at that type of stuff. Lastly I had a great lady who was with me for 15 years whom I lost recently, and I'm still handling this, but we knew it was coming and tried all we could but the enuveitable took place , so I don't often socialize and just feel it best to be as transparent as possible , so if I'm nor all happy and cheerful like today Christmas day , you know why. Last.last thing, I just am looking to have someone who won't be a schmuck , who will be nice to my pup, and not trash the place, who's not going to invade my space or take things without asking , and who is able to pick up after themselves , basically a good individual, with morales and self respect and respect to others, which is kinda rare to find all that in people nowadays.
