Lina Gonzalez (Has a Townhouse). I am friendly, but respectful, not anal about spot cleaning, but like organized areas and no mess. Kitchen must be cleaned after use. Love animals and have senior pets, but will not be replaced when gone cause is tiring and I would like to have more flexibility. My roommates must be animal friendly, compassionate and not allergic. I raise butterflies as a hobby and have a full time office job. My roommate does not have to do house shores, but keep clean the room he is occupying, must be a team player and one who doesnt mind cooperating being kind once in a while. I value privacy, each room has its own bath and a key that only the roommie has. Love cultures, but realize that it could be challenging. The room is in my private townhouse and is for 1 adult male only. I am however anal about the rent always being on time the 1st of the month without excuses and dislike reminding my roomies about it cause the bank doesnt care and collects my mortgage without fail.
