About us: Myself (28, female) and soon to be 5 year old son and I live here with our 2 cats and are easy to get along with. I'm a full time working professional, Monday thru Friday 9-5pm as the billing specialist for an insurance company, and my son is starting kindergarten in July. I mainly work remote, but occasionally go into the office when needed. We're really down to earth and my son will probably want to be your best friend! On the weekends we occasionally like to have friends or family over to watch the UFC or do korean bbq nights, which we'd love for you to join! I love to cook and try new recipies, read books, and run around exploring san diego with my kiddo.Our kitchen is full of appliances that we are happy to share.I'm looking for someone like minded that is easygoing and can communicate well, and is also a working professional. The lease can be month to month, but if we get along, we'd REALLY prefer someone long term! The room is NON furnished, has just been painted and the carpets professionally cleaned. I do have a mini fridge available in case youd prefer to keep your food separate. There is a nice front yard that we love to hang out in, as well as a back patio area that I'm planning on renovating to be a fun space to hang out as well. There's plenty of street parking available all over. We have The rent is 1,400 for a single person with utilities included (electric, water, garbage, wifi) and a 500 dollar deposit. I'm open to couples(maximum occupancy 2 people)for 2 people the rent would be 1,550 total, utilities included.
