Aviana Johnson (Has an Apartment). My name is Aviana, I'm 25. I am a manager at a music store and looking for a roommate for immediate move in. I do have two 23 week old puppies that are currently being trained. They are my service dogs. I do have ocd and like to keep things a certain way. There is a doorbell camera and will eventually get cameras for the common area, such as the living room. My last roommate unfortunately decided that they didn't want to stay here because they couldn't commit to paying the remainder due to some mental health issues. I do need someone who has a steady income and will be on time and who is willing to commit to at least 6 months to the remainder of the lease. You also will have to be ok with a background check and signing a contract stating that we share certain responsibilities around the apartment
