sunflowers died so it looks deplorable but the room for rent is clean and ready to rent.My back is all screwed up so I decided if I find the right person and they want to day help me with things around this house I'll take 100 bucks off your rent making it 400 a month kk.J.I don't allow sleep overs or a bunch of different people in and out my house.You can have a few choose people over but im not down with a bunch of company,I lock my rot iron fence at 11pm nightly and un lock it the next day.Im not selling a dream just a safe clean place to lay your head and stuff
