Centrally located by Ikea/ Durango Station. 2 living rooms, pool, W/D on site, reach in Closet, shared bathroom, 10'0" x 10'0" dimension (fits a queen with night stands) and readily available street parking. You should be tidy, considerate, and just be a good person. No one into hard drugs, gardening is fine, and no smoking in the house and no pets. Looking at end of November or December first. The accommodations come with utilities, wifi, may come furnished or not, security system, and 2 great people.
