Jason McDonald (Has an Apartment). So nice apartment with full washer/dryer, tons of parking, A/C and wood burning fireplace. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and we would just share the common spaces. Bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit.I do have some large terrariums full of poison dart frogs that are super happy and chatty in their tanks so you can expect the sound of frogs throughout the apartment occasionally. I can fully cover the cost of the apartment by myself but as I will travel periodically for work, really looking for someone willing to feed the frogs or maybe water some house plants while Im gone periodically as well as be an awesome person. I just ask if you have a significant someone in your life, they are not always over or spending the night. Ultimately the apartment should be a place to live and relax without having to deal with a constant string of visitors. I am quiet, reliable, and have had lots of roommates in past and no major issues. The rent really would only be $800 as I would pay the larger half as I took the master bedroom(may work from home periodically) and obviously will have wifi, also there is a gym and indoor year round pool at this complex. So really just the $800 but if looking for a little less we can absolutely talk if needing to pay a bit less, I just have zero reason to use a second bedroom or bathroom so a roommate makes sense. Living room and kitchen will be fully furnished as I have everything but will certainly make room for anything you may have as well. If you have any questions, go ahead and ask if it seems like we might be a good match. I have already resigned for a whole year through March of 2026 but you are more then welcome to sign on and back off after a few months or several should you need to leave sooner.Easy process to get you added to lease, just have to clear a background check with property so I can get you on the renters insurance. If you have any major questions, go ahead and ask but Im pretty easy to get along with and keep tidy common spaces. Not a neat freak but think the common spaces should be livable for both of us. Dont care if you are a college student, starting your professional career or well on your journey in your career as long as you are respectful of the joint living situation and responsible.
