Matthew Santibanez (Has a House). I am currently doing a trial separation with my wife. We would like to rent out a furnished room to help offset the apartment rent. I have three small dogs. 4 days a week I am not around due to work. The whole house other than the master bedroom is communal. The roommate would have full access. I tend to spend my weekends away from home doing hobbies. I keep my house clean and kept. I am looking for someone to do the same. I am flexible to allowing more than one but mostly the home is a peaceful place and get togethers are fine. The home has been renovated substantially since the photos. Only the master bathroom and closet are left to be renovated. Parking available up to 3 vehicles. The fire pit is nearly complete and can seat up to 8. This is a temporary situation that could turn into a long term situation. I am open to all conversations.
