Looking for a roommate to rent our upstairs loft area!Note: photos used are from when it was listed before we bought it, as we are in the process of cleaning and reorganizing the home in preparation for a roommate. Furniture provided, but can remove some or all furniture if not needed!Lease would be month to month, but if its a good fit we can do a longer leaseShared communal spaces include living room, kitchen, and bathroom.Only responsible for rent and a percentage of the heat/electric bill (theyre one bill). Water, internet, and streaming services we have are paid by homeowners.No animals. We have cats and a dog already and dont have the space for more animals. This would not be a good fit for anyone who has allergies to furry friends.We have a toddler, so roommate cannot have a record that prohibits contact with children.Street parking available, and depending on the day there may be space in the driveway.Renter would be responsible for keeping their space clean, and helping keep communal spaces clean.
