Cully is a very quiet and safe community in NE Portland, and the neighbors and very helpful and friendly!My old roommate is planning to move on due to new things in their life, so you would be taking over their half of the lease. The lease renews May 15th (we still pay rent on the 1st of the month), but you can absolutely move in sooner!I am a very quiet, clean, and calm person to live with. I never have parties and rarely have guests. I have two very sweet cats, so no pets please, although I am open to discuss exceptions.
