Shellbee (Has a Townhouse). We're two friends (both women in our 30-40s). We're both community oriented but not interested in a party house. That said, we're 420 friendly, but we'd like to keep it outside, ashes just make a house dirty... if you're able to both be chill and respect boundaries around cleanliness, we'd love to hear from you and what you're looking for. -- We need a roommate who's okay with cats (we have 2) dogs are negotiable.. but we'd prefer no puppies.... and larger dogs might be too much, but a little dog that doesn't care about cats might work... I don't want to dissuade anyone just because they have a dog, but we don't want to be Noah's ark-- Caged animals that are smelly might also not work (no ferrets) but one resident has pet bugs, so you must be okay with pet spiders and praying mantis --Also, you'll need to be LGBTQ,etc.etc. friendly. -- We are creative artists , gardeners, gamers, professionals, empathetic, clowns.etc.etc.We're hoping you're someone cool and know how to keep dramas to a healthy level of stability... i.e. -- no couples (but platonic best friend groups welcome to apply) -- romantic couples are a no-go please and thank you. We have a studio type room (no sink), but it can be set up with kitchen appliances and an extra minifridge for a self-contained space... (it's a converted garage) -- can be partitioned into 2 rooms -- but we might also make it the house art studio/shared office - entertainment room (we could get a pool table in there if we wanted.... sky's the limit) ** single parent w/ child, $1000 studio, private entrance, shared kitchen/bathroom .
