Randy Rackleff (Has a House). My name is Randy Rackleff,I am going to school and working full time. I am renting a 3 bed/2 bath house in Athens and I'm looking for a roommate to help split expenses. The rent here is $1,800/month (max.) altogether not counting utilities or internet. With everything included, you may be looking to pay around $1,100. I do have 2 cats, but they are both really friendly and you don't have to worry about cleaning up after them. All common areas are already furnished and I already have pots/pans/ and utensils that you can use. The only room that you would need to furnish would be your own which has a walk in closet and an ensuit bathroom.
