Ally (Has an Apartment). Hi! I'm an actor and I work a part time job as well so I'm typically out of the house or at home sleeping as well is my roommate, Amiere. We enjoy art, anime, and video games! Our household is a very positive/safe space and very warm/ supportive environment. I always try to practice good communication. I believe honesty and transparency go a long way! We also make sure the shared spaces in the home are always clean since they are the spaces everyone uses. Respect is something very important to us. We always pay rent on time and we live in a very safe/friendly neighborhood that's very welcoming! We are looking for a roommate that shares similar values to ours. Someone who is responsible, accepting of others, and is very friendly. Our apartment is next to a bus stop and is a 15 minute walk from the N/W train. We also live a 10 minute drive from LGA and a 20 minute walk from Astoria Park. There is a lot to do nearby, and we often enjoy going to bars and restaurants together.
