Hey! Looking for a roommate in our Williamsburg apartment, right near McCarren Park and a couple minute walk from the Lorimer L stop. A little about the living situation: My fiancée and I share the other bedroom but only live in NYC about two weeks per month (we work remotely and split time between here and Washington DC). When we’re in town we’re working from home, and the rest of the time you’ll have the place to yourself. The room has its own private balcony, which is great for morning coffee or just getting some air. The building also has a gym, elevator, shared laundry, a mail room, and a rooftop with a great view of the Manhattan skyline and Williamsburg. Rent is $2,203.09/month (half of the total) + utilities. Looking for August or September move-in, and the lease ends 5/31/27. We’re clean and easygoing — happy to grab a drink or a coffee when we’re in town, but equally cool doing our own thing. I’m in my early 30s and like traveling, learning new languages, coffee, craft beer, fitness, tech and startups. We don’t smoke or do drugs.
